By installing or using EnvBanner ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
EnvBanner is a free Chrome browser extension that displays color-coded banners on web pages based on user-configured URL patterns. The Extension is provided by ParkBridge.App.
3. License
EnvBanner is provided as free software. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Extension except as permitted by applicable law.
4. No Warranty
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ParkBridge.App, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Extension
- Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Extension
- Any actions taken based on the environment indicators displayed by the Extension
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or configurations
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Configuring URL patterns and environment rules correctly
- Verifying that banners display accurately for your environments
- Not relying solely on the Extension as a safety mechanism for critical operations
7. Privacy
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. EnvBanner does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
